Customers

Buildspect will ensure that all written quotes presented to customers are accurate and timely with all costs outlined and any additions/variations clearly marked to avoid confusion

All reports prepared by Buildspect will be forwarded by email to the customer’s nominated address within 2 business days of completion pending invoice payment

Buildspect will ensure that the consultant responsible for the report is available for discussion or clarification where necessary.

Suppliers

Buildspect will deal with all suppliers fairly and reputably. Where the service to our end customer involves goods or services from an external supplier Buildspect will ensure that the external supplier is aware of our Code of Ethics and complies accordingly.

Where an external supplier does not comply with our standards, we will take steps to replace that supplier with no impact to our end customer.

Competitors

Buildspect acknowledges that we have competitors in each of the market segments in which we operate. We also acknowledge that there is space in each of these segments for both ourselves and our competitors to operate.

Buildspect staff and management will not engage in negative tactics against our competitors or by our inaction allow a negative view to be attributed to Buildspect.

Broader Business Community

Buildspect values its long history in the Australian business community and holds membership and committee level involvement in a number of associations and groups with a view to improve the overall professionalism of the market segments in which it operates.

This involvement is also designed to provide a training ground for future participants to the industry and we strive to be seen as an “employer of choice” in our industry.
