Recording the current condition of a building

An inspection service designed to record the current condition of a building prior to building works commencing on adjoining or neighbouring properties.

Buildspect has carried out dilapidation inspection reports for VicRoads and other major road works contractors in Victoria and other states.

The reports are prepared in a descriptive format with attached photographs of defects found on site. Three copies of each report is provided, one for the Owner, one for the Contractor and one for the Project Manager.

We contact the owners of the adjoining properties to gain access to each building. This process will determine the time the inspection can be carried out.
