We conduct building inspection services on behalf of insurers, lawyers and others where a personal injury or death has occurred. Our independent experts have extensive experience assessing whether the building complies with the relevant building codes and whether the building itself contributed to the personal injury. Fire/flood damaged buildings

We inspect buildings that have been damaged by fire and flood to assess the feasibility of rectification and provide reports to insurance companies and assessors. Insurance inspections are also available in relation to perceived tree damage to buildings and adjacent properties.
